Junior Graphic Designer - Content Creator

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design engaging and impactful social media visuals, including Instagram carousels, saveable graphics, and other content.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Instagram and social media trends to create relevant and high-performing designs.

  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.

  • Develop a variety of digital assets, including ads, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.

  • Work efficiently with Adobe Suite and Canva to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.

Successful candidates will have to complete a practical assessment at home, followed by an in-person interview.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A creative thinker with a passion for social media and visual storytelling.

  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content, ads, and mailers.

  • Skilled in Adobe Suite and Canva, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

  • Experienced in photography and video editing, with the ability to produce high-quality content.

  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple projects with ease.

  • Thrive when working in collaboration with other creatives and are energised by seeing others bloom.
