Paid Media Specialist
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Develop audience targeting strategies to maximise engagement and conversions.
Monitor ad performance and implement data-driven optimisations to improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Track and analyse key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment for clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and messaging.
Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media marketing.
Able to develop and execute data-driven ad strategies for various industries.
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Comfortable with tracking performance metrics, optimising campaigns, and making data-driven decisions.
Works well with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ad creatives.
Can manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and reports without missing a beat.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays ahead of digital advertising trends.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
