Paid Media Specialist

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.

  • Develop audience targeting strategies to maximise engagement and conversions.

  • Monitor ad performance and implement data-driven optimisations to improve ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Track and analyse key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.

  • Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment for clients.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and messaging.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media marketing.

  • Able to develop and execute data-driven ad strategies for various industries.

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

  • Comfortable with tracking performance metrics, optimising campaigns, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Works well with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ad creatives.

  • Can manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and reports without missing a beat.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays ahead of digital advertising trends.

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
